Hometown/Education/Family & or successes:
I am a native of Elk Point, South Dakota, living most of my life in the Midwest. I obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of South Dakota. With that degree I pursued a career in long term care management, which has led me to founding a long term care management company, Caring Professionals.

Caring Professionals is a family business specializing in quality long term care services. Chad is a licensed nursing home administrator and preceptor. Graduating from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Administration, Chad brings over 16 years of experience in long term care to Caring Professionals. While serving as administrator, he has been actively involved in Medicare and JCAHO accreditation, regulatory compliance as well as statewide and national organizations and committees. Chad brings experience in health care administration in the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Wisconsin and South Dakota. Throughout his practice, he has been active in management and ownership, preceptorship and professional consulting involving a wide array of areas in long term care including independent and assisted living, skilled nursing, Alzheimer’s care and new construction. Chad has received recognition for his contributions in long term care as well as the business communities in which he has served. Among his many accomplishments in his career are multiple deficiency free surveys, recipient of the 20 under 40 award honoring professionals making a difference in the state of Iowa, and the South Dakota Governor Emeritus Award for Excellence in Occupational Safety. Currently, Chad holds licenses in the states of Iowa and South Dakota and is an active member of the South Dakota Healthcare Association.

Life Outside of Work:
I continue to be involved in multiple associations and boards at the State and National levels. I enjoy getting involved in my local community through organizations and community events. My hobbies include working out, golfing, horses and spending time with my wife and children.

Tennile Spoonemore | Office Manager

I am the oldest of 5 children and was born and raised in Harrold, SD. I went on to college attending Dakota State University and Southeast Technical Institute, where I received my degree in Accounting. After finishing college, I began working at Cigna Mail Order Pharmacy for 14 years in their Finance/Billing department. My most recent experience was with Capital One and Meta Bank in the credit card and marketing industry, before I accepted the Business Office Manager position with Dells Nursing & Rehab Center in May of 2016.
With my husband and I both being from a small town, we chose Dell Rapids to raise our children Brooklyn and Mason. We have been incredibly blessed to call Dell Rapids our home for 9 years. Some things I enjoy in my free time are watching my children's sporting events, going to the lake, and spending time with friends and family.
